What this policy covers

This policy describes information handled through topmarkdesign.com, the portfolio website operated by Topmark Design, and inquiries sent to our studio. It does not describe data collected inside FushaLoop, CareReady, Muslima Fit, Scopeflow, Qanity, or other featured products. Review each product’s own privacy policy when using it.

Information you provide

If you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, email address, project details, and any attachments.

The website’s contact form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit your form entries to a website backend. You choose whether to send the email, and your email provider handles that transmission. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information.

Information collected when you visit

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times to deliver and secure the website.

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions. It uses cookies and collects information about your browser or device and activity on the site. Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Read Google’s explanation of Analytics data safeguards and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We also load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those files, which makes technical connection information, including your IP address, available to Google. See Google Fonts’ FAQ for details.

How information is used and shared

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss potential work, and manage our communications. Website traffic and technical information help us understand use of the site, maintain it, and investigate security or operational problems.

Information is processed by the providers needed to run these activities, including our website host, email providers, and Google. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security threats, or legal claims.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on on supported browsers to prevent Google Analytics from using visit data. These controls do not prevent the technical requests needed to load the website or its fonts.

Retention and security

How long information is kept depends on its purpose, including ongoing correspondence, project records, security needs, and applicable legal obligations. Data held by service providers is also subject to their settings and policies.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure. Please use care when deciding what to include in an email.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses.
